1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Scope of Operations
Krity Collective acts as a curated luxury marketplace bridge. We utilize a Direct-to-Customer (DTC) Export model where items are dispatched directly from the designer’s studio to the customer to ensure authenticity and speed.
1.2 Payment & Security
Prepaid-Only: To maintain the security of high-value designer inventory and comply with international export regulations, all orders are processed on a strictly Prepaid-only basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Verification: Orders enter the production and fulfillment queue only after payment is successfully verified.
1.3 Logistics & International Shipping
Premium Partners: We utilize premium global couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) to ensure handling integrity. DDU Compliance: Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Domestic: 5-10 days; International: 10-20 days.
2. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION (THE 12-HOUR RULE)
2.1 Universal Cancellation Window

2.2 Modification Protocol
Any requests for size adjustments or shipping address changes must be submitted within the 12-hour window.
3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Customers can contact KRITY Collective through chat or the return request form within 48–72 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, KRITY Collective will arrange the most suitable return method through courier pickup or prepaid drop-off label where available. Customers should not return items without approval. For confirmed manufacturing defects or designer-side errors, the designer will bear the reverse shipping and resolution cost.

Krity Collective requires a Mandatory Unboxing Video for every delivery. Photographic evidence alone is insufficient.
4. BRAND PARTNERSHIP & CONTENT COMPLIANCE
Submission Rule: Designers must provide high-res content every 5 business days. Anti-Copying: Plagiarism results in a penalty of Rs.10,00,000.
5. COMMERCIALS & SETTLEMENTS
Commission: 25% of Order Value. Payout Cycle: 14 days after confirmed delivery.
6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill tax and accounting obligations under Indian Law.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
