3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
3.1 Returns Policy
Customers can contact KRITY Collective through chat or the return request form within 48–72 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, KRITY Collective will arrange the most suitable return method through courier pickup or prepaid drop-off label where available. Customers should not return items without approval. For confirmed manufacturing defects or designer-side errors, the designer will bear the reverse shipping and resolution cost.
3.2 Returns & Exchange Table

3.3 Inspection Window
To eliminate fraudulent claims of damage or missing items, Krity Collective requires a Mandatory Unboxing Video for every delivery.
The customer must record a single, continuous, unedited video starting from the visual inspection of the intact courier seal/label, followed by the complete opening of the box and unveiling of the garment.
Any claim of "Damage in Transit," "Wrong Item," or "Missing Parts" will be summarily rejected if not accompanied by this unedited unboxing video. Photographic evidence alone is insufficient.
